Very unprofessional and rude people at the leasing office. I currently reside here. I QUICKLY CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT RENTING, This has been the worst place to stay! The office managers are the best, So Ive been living here since end of May (signed the lease in April). This apartment complex was a nightmare. We moved in on August 3 and my washer has not worked SINCE, I would give Trinity Lakes 0 stars if possible. Please don't subject yourself or your loved ones to the crime, noise, roaches, insolent staff, maintenance emergencies, fair housing infractions, and overpriced section 8 experience that is Trinity "lakes".
